Join Shannon Tompkins in the amongst the Vineyard for a gentle Pilates class.

This approximately 50 minute class will help strengthen, align and challenge the body as we move slowly through the planes of movement.

Bring a mat and a smile and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine after pilates.

Cost $20 per person collected in the Mercantile upon arrival.
