Wind Hill Farms in Coopersburg will offer Food and Wine Pairings for a Special Private Event
($90 per couple) Come experience some of WHF's handcrafted wines paired with artisan cheese, meats and treats along with an educational and entertaining explanation of the wines they produce. You’ll learn the basics of WHF's winemaking practices and philosophy. WHF creates a beautifully arranged slate filled for two, walking you through your pairings with things like brûléed pear salad drizzled with a viognier vinegarette dressing, or apple and brie crostini. Customers rave about the pairings and the portions, while WHF takes care in a personalized experience leaving you with a memory for the books!
WHF suggests you add on a wood fired Switchback Pizza to your reservation if you wish to make it a full meal.
